What about an order I already placed?

 

The team will be working through all orders that have already been placed and you should receive those orders in the next 30 days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. User accounts will still be available where you can check the status of your order. 

 

Why is Loot Vault closed?

 

We are currently evaluating how to offer the best possible curated and exclusive experience for the Looter community, while we work through our restructuring. As we do this, the decision was made to close Loot Vault at this time. If any new information becomes available, we will be sure to let you know. If you have not already, please signup for our newsletter here which will be used to provide updates on the status of Loot Vault. 

 

Where can I buy past items now that Loot Vault is closed?

Is my discount code or Vault credit still valid?


Unfortunately discount codes given as promotions or credits are no longer available. 


What about my Vault Coins?


Unfortunately as Vault Coins were only valid on vault.lootcrate.com, all coins will be expired and the program discontinued.
